Dear Rob – Thank you very much for helping us to locate and purchase the piece of the Texas Hill Country that will eventually serve as our retirement home. We were impressed by your willingness to meet with us on short notice and show us around the area, and by your quick understanding of our goals and the type of lot we were looking for. We never felt pressured; in fact, you were very patient as we walked the properties over and over, looking at boundaries and potential building sites, measuring distances and even climbing a few trees. Your knowledge of the area and the things we must consider as we think about building made us much more comfortable in our decision-making process. And we appreciate the fact that your assistance didn’t stop when the contract was signed, but has continued after the sale, as we continue to ask questions about the area and the businesses we need to access as we start the process of clearing and building on our land.
